Common topics
- Photo access — The app reads only the photos and videos you choose to import, and deletes the originals from Photos only after you confirm. Checkup in Settings lists items that are still visible in Photos.
- Forgot password — Use “Forgot password?” on the unlock screen and verify with Face ID (or your iPhone passcode) to set a new password. Your photos stay untouched.
- iCloud sync — Sign in to iCloud and turn on iCloud Drive to sync your vault across devices with the same Apple ID. Photos stay on this device until then; sync failures never delete local photos.
- Pro and purchases — Free tier holds up to 50 items. Pro unlocks unlimited items and sync. Manage, cancel, or request refunds through Apple in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
